We pride ourselves in making all functions held at Borrodell memorable, fun, and hassle-free. Our passionate and dedicated team are here to help transform your vision into reality. Surrounded by cool climate grapes, heritage apples and native bushland, Borrodell is one of Australia’s highest vineyards, with spectacular views.
Reception options
OPTION 1 - SISTERS ROCK (10-50 guests)
AN INTIMATE SETTING SURROUNDED BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
Our restaurant can comfortably seat up to 40 guests. Lunch or dinner can be served in the restaurant or on the deck on a warm summer evening. Enjoy afternoon drinks on the lower deck overlooking the Pinot block and cherry orchard.
OPTION 2 - WINE CELLAR (50-140 guests)
SPACIOUS, SCENIC, AND ADAPTABLE TO YOUR NEEDS.
The wine cellar can seat up to 140 guests with many table configurations possible. We will set this space to suit your needs. The area opens on to the terrace and lawn. A large open fireplace creates a warm ambience in the cooler months. The terrace area is perfect for drinks and canapes or for dancing later in the night.
OPTION 3 - MARQUEE (+140 guests)
YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION DESERVES AN EXQUISITE SPACE.
Groups larger than 140 need to consider a larger space. The lawn terrace at Borrodell is perfect for a practical marquee. This can be adjusted to suit the size of the group. The cost of hiring the marquee depends on the size and the extras that you choose
CATERING
From cocktail party to a formal dinner, there are many options.
Our functions co-ordinator will discuss your menu with you. Catering will be by the team at Sister’s Rock Restaurant.
Canapé, entrée, main and dessert options are available. Enjoy canapés on the lawn followed by a formal dinner in the restaurant or the wine cellar.
For a casual, canapé only function, this is ideal for smaller more intimate groups.
We can also provide a grazing table with a selection of local cheeses cured meats, fresh bread, and seasonal fruits.
DRINKS
Borrodell will supply all drinks for your event. We are not BYO. We have a full range of wines to choose from including crisp white to fruity and robust red wines. Sparkling wine, beers, cider, spirits, and soft drinks are also available. Contact us to discuss your drinks package.
