TENTATIVE BOOKINGS

Tentative bookings will be held 7 days and will automatically be cancelled if not confirmed. If you need more time, please contact us.

CONFIRMATIONS

All bookings will be confirmed with a non-refundable $3000 deposit and a returned signed booking form. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / COVID

In the event of cancellation by the client prior to 60 days to the event, the deposit will be retained by Borrodell. For any cancellations within 21 days prior to the event, a fee of $3000 will be charged. The deposit is non-refundable.

If Borrodell is unable to proceed with your booking due to any reason beyond Borrodell’s control (e.g., COVID-19, fire, or flooding) then Borrodell has the right to cancel the booking and return your deposit. Borrodell will have no further liability for such cancellation.

FINAL NUMBERS

Final numbers must be confirmed 21 days in advance to your function date. Invoicing will be based on this number.

DRINKS

Borrodell is fully licensed. We are not BYO. All licensing regulations are observed. No underage or excessive drinking.

No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. The bar will be closed at 11.00pm.

CATERING CHOICES

Catering choices are to be finalised at least 21 days in advance of the event. Please advise us of any dietary requirements when finalising the menu. No food is to be brought into the venue.

PAYMENT

Final balance of the account is to be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. Any additional charges associated with the event; i.e. extra time, damages occurred, are to be paid the day after the event.

PRICING AND SURCHARGES

Prices quoted are subject to change due to seasonal produce availability or environmental factors. You will be advised of any price changes before the event, and an alternative option will be made available, if necessary. A 15% surcharge will apply to all charges on public holidays and Sundays.

ACCESS

The Cellar is available on the morning of the event from 9am for setting up. If you need to access the afternoon before, from 2pm, subject to availability, the cost is an extra $500.

DAMAGE / INSURANCE

Any damage or excessive cleaning for the function will be the responsibility of the client. The costs will be charged to the client.

FUNCTION SCHEDULE AND FINISH TIME

Guests are requested to vacate the venue before midnight to comply with licensing laws. Penalty rates of $400 per half hour after 12am apply for late departure. Please arrange suitable transport, ie, bus pick-up, before the event.
