MUSEUM Pinot Noir 2011

from $288.00
sale

This wine has had been hiding in the back of our wine cellar for 12 years, and now is the perfect time to crack it open and celebrate the festive season. It has certainly benefited with age, as 2011 was a difficult year for grapes. A raining and cold year, we thought this wine would be a disaster. However it’s come back fighting and we are very pleased with the outcome. Earthy plum flavours with subtle creamy prune and chocolate highlights. Enjoy this wine with that Christmas ham, or piece of Christmas pudding!

CELLARING POTENTIAL: ±14 years
ALC/VOL: 14.5%
